- Custom work is final sale.
- Unopened products can be returned within 30 days (15% restocking fee for orders over
$100).
- Unauthorized returns are sent back unopened.
10. Product Listings
- Rat City Arms may correct errors in product listings or pricing.
- Incorrectly priced/listed orders may be canceled.
- Photos are for illustration and may not show the exact item.
11. Firearm Purchases
- Firearms ship to valid FFL dealers only.
- Verify FFL transfer fees and willingness to receive before ordering.
- Buyers of lower receivers must be 21+ and state residents (military exceptions apply).
- Customers are responsible for state laws and return costs if FFL refuses.
12. Magazine Purchases
- Rat City Arms follows all magazine laws. Illegal magazine orders are processed without
magazines.
13. Lead Times
- Shipping is expected within 30 days unless otherwise stated.
14. Shipping
- UPS orders over $850 require a signature and insurance.
- Products with longer lead times will list estimates. Refunds issued for delays unless
authorized.
- Address changes cost $13 per package (waived for pick-up or Rat City Arms errors).
- No drop shipping.
-No international sales or shipping.
15. Indemnity
- You agree to cover Rat City Arms for any costs from your breach of terms or website
misuse.
16. Severance
- Invalid terms are removed, and remaining terms stay in effect.
17. Governing Law
- U.S. law applies, with disputes handled in U.S. courts.
